1. Order Processing & Handling
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (GMT-08:00)
Orders placed and confirmed *before* the cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed *after* the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, our dedicated team carefully picks, inspects, and prepares your comics, cards, or memorabilia for shipment. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Processing Days: We fulfill and process orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers & Transit Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items reach you securely.
Primary Carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. The choice of carrier may depend on the package size, weight, and destination to provide the most efficient service.
Estimated Transit Times (Standard Shipping):
Within the Contiguous U.S.: Typically **2-3 business days** after your order has been packaged and handed off to the carrier.
Alaska & Hawaii: May experience slightly longer transit times.
Shipment Days: Shipments are dispatched from our facility Monday through Saturday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
To estimate when your order will arrive, combine the Handling Time and Transit Time:
Total Estimated Delivery: (1-2 Business Days Handling) + (2-3 Business Days Transit) = **3-5 Business Days** from the time you place your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer **FREE Standard Shipping** on all orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii!

5. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
Excluded Areas: At this time, we **do not** ship to:
* U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
* P.O. Boxes (Physical street addresses are required for all deliveries.)
* APO/FPO/DPO addresses

6. Tracking Your Order

Order Status Page: You can also track your shipment by visiting our Order Status Page and entering your order number and email address.
Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control can occasionally cause delays:
Weather Conditions: Severe weather events can impact transit times.
Carrier Issues: Unforeseen operational delays or high volume within USPS or FedEx networks.
Seasonal Volume: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), carriers may experience higher volumes, leading to extended delivery times.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Any re-shipping fees due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
We meticulously package your items to withstand transit, but unforeseen issues can occur.
Reporting: Any lost or damaged shipments must be reported to DTT Comics within **48 hours** of the delivery scan (for damaged items) or the estimated delivery date (for lost items).
Required Documentation:
Damaged Items: Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s), the interior packaging, and the exterior shipping box/envelope. This documentation is crucial for filing a claim with the carrier.
Lost Items: We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Resolution: DTT Comics will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability. Failure to report within the specified timeframe may impact our ability to assist with a claim.
