Shipping and Delivery

Our total estimated delivery time is typically 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. This includes: Handling Time: 1-2 business days for us to pick, inspect, and package your order. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in the exact condition as received, with original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including eligibility and instructions.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at contact@dtowncomics.com or +1 934) 202-5011 to get your RA number and detailed return instructions before sending any items back.
Due to the unique, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, direct exchanges or replacements for identical items are generally not possible. If you received a damaged item, or wish to exchange for a different edition or variant of a *similar* product (subject to availability), please contact us to discuss options. Our primary resolution for returns will be a refund or store credit.
For returns due to buyer’s remorse or if you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged upon arrival, wrong item shipped), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Product & Authenticity
We employ a rigorous multi-point authentication process by our in-house experts. We meticulously examine items for printing details, signatures, wear, aging, and provenance. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to provide a full refund or store credit. For unique items, a direct replacement is generally not possible. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for specifics.
Yes, for unique and vintage items, the images displayed on our product pages are of the exact item you will receive. We strive to provide high-resolution photos and detailed condition notes to accurately represent each collectible.
We provide detailed condition notes for each item, especially vintage comics and cards. For items that are professionally graded (e.g., by CGC, PSA), we list the official grade. For ungraded items, we describe the condition as accurately as possible within the product description.
