3. Payment Processing Procedures

* **Pre-Orders:** For pre-order items, your payment method will be authorized for the full amount at the time the order is placed. * **Custom Orders:** May require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipment or delivery. Specific terms will be outlined for each custom order.
